Your Support Makes a Difference
The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Somerset Hills provides home and hospice care, adult day services and numerous community health and wellness programs to assist you and your loved ones. However, as a non profit organization, we need your help. Contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations and organizations enable us to pursue our mission of providing these necessary health services to all those we serve, regardless of ability to pay or insurance coverage.
- Offer patients facing life-limiting illness hospice and palliative care services which will provide medical care to the patient as well as emotional and spiritual support for the entire family.
- Provide many important health services not reimbursed at all by Medicare or private insurances including telehealth in-home remote vital sign monitoring, bereavement counseling, and senior blood pressure screenings to the communities we serve.
- Help people balance the overwhelming demands of daily caregiving with other responsibilities.
- Supply our staff and patients with advanced technological equipment, not covered by insurance, that will help improve our delivery of care.
