Client Service Manager – Private Care Services

The Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Client Service Manager for their Private Care Services division.


  • Manage all inquiries and private care “sales from the desk,” take referrals, and schedule private care home care services for a caseload of clients (Own every referral from beginning to end)
  • Administrative supervision of Certified Home Health Aides
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of a scheduling system to ensure timely data entry of Certified Home Health Aide schedules and client information
  • Collaborate with our home care and hospice departments to grow referral network
  • Build professional relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure program growth
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of Certified Home Health Aides
  • Maintain appropriate statistical reports
  • Independently respond to and resolve client concerns
  • On-call availability as needed
  • Other administrative duties/responsibilities as assigned


  • Prior private duty/private care home care staffing experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Home Care Home Base or other home care scheduling software a plus
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and develop a strong relationship with Certified Home Health Aides to foster loyalty and cooperation
